Full Detail of '85 SD for concours

I will be attending a concours at the end of the month in detriot.

I have read through everything on this site about detailing, also many other sites.

I need help getting my car ready... I have already started (wash & wax, even though Ill have to do that a few more times)

I know I need to vacuum extensivly, and I have already begun washing/cleaning the carpets, and doing things like reattaching broken off trim pieces. I was thinking that I could possibly repaint the wheels because one is brand new and it is making the others look bad. ( I researched this and think I could pull it off.. at least improving the look of the wheels.)

I have a very limited budget, but lots of time to get this car ready, what all else do I need to do so that I am not looked down upon at this concours?

Thanks,

Engine detail is important. Undercarriage only needs to be done for a show car, not a street car.
