I purchased the recommended PC random orbital polisher. Worked great on the 84 Toyata test truck. Almost ready to try it on the Benz. However, I am looking for some tips on use. I purchased several extra pads. I wasn't sure if they could be cleaned or to use the pads for the same products (Maguier's Cleaner, Polish and Wax).

Yes and No. You CAN wash the old pads and reuse them, have one pad mixed with multiple products, BUT I and almost all professional detailers will recomend that you do not do this!
I have about 8 pads for my machine and you are supposed to separate them for each product. You can just tap them or use a butter knife and scrape it off with machine on sort of speak. |
