Cleaning Sheepskin Seats

I have burgundy colored sheepskin seat covers on my '88 260e that I love (cool in the summer and warm in the winter) but the color is fading to gray.

Is it possible to have sheepskin covers cleaned or dyed to get them looking nice again?

I used Rit dye to dye a set of carpet mats from grey to black.

I did this in a big laundry basin.

Worked out great. Got the dye from Wal-Mart

I would recommend contacting a quality dry cleaning company in your area. They could not only clean them, but many can do fabric dying also.
