I don't like doing things that detract from the car's "original build." Why don;t you look for a 1st Aid kit on eBay. They are all over the place and are fairly cheap.

Just my $0.02 worth.

The covers are available almost anywhere (salvage yards) and are not expensive. Don't want a first aid kit? Put a DVD player, 110 inverter for laptop, or a bottle of your favorite brandy

I am fabricating a new rear deack panel....installing a pair of 10" free air subs to compliment my 6.5 MB Quart speakers.....and carpeting the entire thing....

I need that more than an empty box back there.

Nope...I busted it lifting out the rear seat back.....BEFORE I took out the first aid kit....BIG MISTAKE and a dumb move in hindsight....when I was putting in the 6.5" MB Quart speakers...

i am also missing the cover for it.. i think if i can get the dimensins for it from someone i can make it in my rapid prototyper in class.. it makes parts out of ABS plastics and i can make it thicker so it is stronger and probably paint it to match

problm it its not flat but somewhat domed....I'll see if I can find enough of the pieces to get a measurement...untill them someone else may beat me to it.

the domed part is probably easy to do along with the flat part.. all i have to do is make the cover and just use a feature to make it a shell.. so use the shell feature so it leaves .125 of an inch thickness for the plastic..

sorry engineering mind thinking.. nerd i am
