Disposable pre soaped wash mits

Gentelmen

I just tried out theses wash mits that come filled with soap. They are called Power Wool Wash Mitts by NicSand. I tried them beacuse I am washing in the Winter and want to keep water usage down to a minimum to keep my driveway from getting frozen over.

I have to report they work very well when used as directed. The car came out very clean and water usage was down to a minimum so was my time. When you use these mits you cant do one pannel at a time. You just wet the mit hose down the car wash the whole car and rinse the whole car. Works great. I will probably use it all winter.

How is the soap in the mit? Is it gentle enought to not strip the wax.

I can't say that i've ever heard of these, but the bucket method sometimes gets a little cold for your hands in the winter.

How would I know if the wax is being stripped. I give the mit a soaking in warm water befor I start. Dip into warm water for about 10 seconds and let stand for about 30 more seconds before using.
