So... what have you screwed up, so far today?

I decided to clean my chrome trim, which is a bit foggy.
I wanted something beefy, like Brasso, to clean.
I have other products for polishing and preserving.

Thought I had Brasso... but don't see it.
Went to Home Depot. See Brasso and for twice the money... Tarn-X
I figure I'll splurge.

Get home and get positioned to do some work.
Read the label:
Do not use on Stainless Steel, Chrome, Aluminum, Brass, etc. etc. etc.

What the Hell is left? Wood?

So, back to square one...
I failed in this mornings assault on the vacuum system also
but at least I haven't screwed the car up.

Please tell me that someone competent out there lives in the Florida Keys
and is looking to make some extra money tinkering with these things?
