Does anyone know how much having body work done reduces the market value of a Mercedes as compared to one that never had any work done to it. Lets assume that the vehicle is a few years old.

As an economist graduate, I would think that for whatever value you pump or omit to pump into your beloved MB, it will be a "willing buyer - willing seller" market. It could depreciate or appreciate from the "assumed market value".

As most would say, beauty (and value, of course) lies in the eyes of the beholder.
