Neat's Foot Oil...

anybody ever use Neat's Foot Oil on the leather seats? Mine are very dry, even worse now that I've cleaned them. I've used this oil on saddles and gun leather and it really brings some "life" back to the leather....But, never used in a auto interior before!

Besides maybe gettin' my britches greasy, what could it hurt?

Try Leatherique on your seats. Follow the application instructions and Leatherique will make the leather soft and supple. It's best to let the rejuvenating oil penetrate as long as possible ... overnight in a heated garage is ideal. If your leather is super-dry a second or third application of the rejuvenating oil may be required.

Since the seats are surface colored, neatsfoot oil is best applied from the back, or hidden part of the hide. Obviously, this is less convenient.

Having been around sadlles and the like I'm surprised you haven't found Lexol's neats foot oil. You can apply it to regular leather w/o fear of changing the colour etc..
I use it regularly on interiors that are Very neglected. One or two applications w/ the neats foot oil followed by a round of Leatherique and you should be quite pleased w/ the results.

Best of Luck!
