303 Aerospace protectant

I highly reccomend 303 Aerospace protectant to all fellow detailers. The stuff is VERY effective on MB-Tex, interior plastics, and rubber seals. It contains UV inhibitors that protect 100% from sun damage when used regularly. It also cleans, conditions, and shines. I used it on my MB-Tex and it brightened the seats, cleaned the residue on the tan plastic trim around the windows, and leaves a very subtle natural looking shine. It has a mild odor, and leaves a very un-obtrusive new car scent. It does not leave any sort of sticky residue or coating

Check out the whole line of 303 products online on their web-site. This stuff beats any average rubber protectant when it comes to cleaning & protecting.

I just bought some last week and I haven't tried it. I'll do that in the morning, I'm at work right now. There is a Camping and RV center close by.

I used to use 303 but I found 1Z Tiefenpfleger works better. It cleans better, looks better (less shine), and smells better.

One caution

I used the 303 Fabric, and was very pleased with the results.

BUT DO NOT GET ANY WHERE YOU DON'T WANT IT !!!!

I Had to redo the body, and even getting it of the glas was a pain. MASK!

I have been using the 303 for years. It is the best. When applied to the dash, it even reflects dust!!

Just reread my original, when I say I had to "redo the body", I meant wash and wax. I had to use clay and alcohol to get the spots off.

I was pissed, as I had just gotten done with a major detail, the Fabric Guard on the softtop was the final step. Well it was supposed to be.

I did take some photos, months later when I washed it, the soft top beaded unbelievably. Basically wipe with it dry.

303 made MB-Tex squeaky

I wiped on 303 on my MB-Tex seats and wiped off after about 40 minutes.

The seats are more squeaky than they were before interior detailing.

Is it usual with 303? Should I wipe off after about 5 minutes, or right after wiping on?

I just shot some on a rag and wiped it over the seats in my 300SD. I don't know if they are tex or leather but it seemed to clean them up. I never let it sit.

Mmm..I'm partial to olive oil for pasta....But if I'm on the beech perhaps I'll sample the 303...I use 303 on plastic/royalex canoes all the time. Great stuff. Too bad its not cheap.

You can buy 303 by the gallon and it is actually pretty cheap. Through my connections at work I get it for $30 a gallon.
