Velour door trim repair
 

Anyone know a good method of repairing the velour-covered plastic door trim on the map pockets?

I've noticed that the little plastic nubs on the back, that attach it to the pocket, have broken off in several places. Now it is flopping around and hangs up when you open the door.:( I want the repair to appear finished as original with no exposed screw heads, etc.

I don't think just gluing the nubs back on will last any time at all. Any ideas?
