Can anyone please tell me if the covered center console that appeared in the later 124's is available in zebrano wood? I believe it first appeared in the '94 E320? Also, did palamino become unavailable as an interior color in the 124's after '93? THe reason I ask is because the covered center console has some colored vinyl parts.

Yes it is. That center console was present on all cars from 1989 or 1990 onward that had the passenger airbag (whatever year it started) since they had no glovebox.
Palomino was available in '94 I know, maybe '95, too.
