I follow up with a few coats of Zymol Vintage applied over several weeks, and the result is paint that appears to be dripping off the car, with a very durable and easy-to-clean finish.
#83 DACP (dual action cleaning polish) is also one of my favorite products. It has more cleaning ability than speed shine, and also uses diminishing abrasives, which not only makes it safe, but gives it polishing ability.

Sorry - I guess I typo'd - DACP is actually #83 and is more agressive. I used it on my new E320 over the weekend due to keyjob, gouges, coke-can etching on the roof, and paint transfer (all corrected now, BTW). #80 is actually a bit milder and as suginami points out, does a great job at cleaning and is SAFE.

I also used #83 on my headlamp lenses after wet-sanding them with 1000. They were yellowed and hazy before, and now they look like new.
