Detail Shops in Atlanta?

Any good...no, Great Ones?

Want to get my 500E done up. There are a ton of half ass detail shops in town but am looking for an excellent one that does top notch work. From claying to swirl removal, etc, etc. Zymol and top shelf products only. I don't mind dropping dime on a good detail every so often and with the water restriction (yes, I DO observe it!) in Georgia simply washing a car is a chore...

Cactus

I've always been real happy with the Cactus Car Wash on Ponce near City Hall East. That location is the best of the Cactus chain - the folks in the detail shop know cars, and car buffs. Talk to the service tech before he performs the work to make sure you get one you are happy with. If they know what you expect, and they can tell that you know what you are talking about (and that you'll tip 'em), they will do a great job.

And... as a bonus Eats is right across the street for lunch!

I won't go there anymore after years of their service. A roller came off the mounts and scraped the bumper on my then new 911. They wouldn't claim it or pay up for repairs, not even partially. I never returned. Granted, the service there beforehand was great - I don't think there is a car wash spot that will clean your car that well in that amount of time. Most places that do a quick job is shown with shaddy work, but cactus was always top notch.

As far as their detail department, they are using sub par methods and materials. I know a thing or two about detailing and I can tell you that if you had a car of pride and joy, careful about their methods (IE buffer speeds/application, solvents on plastic.rubber, etc, etc). I think for th everyday joe they do a good job, but when I consider someone touching my cherished collection, that's somewhere I would not consider.

A colleague mentioned this company:

Any info of experience from any forum members?
