where to buy spray paint?

I need a can of spray paint for my 2006 Toyota Prius.

I am going to use this paint on the rubber bumper.Does one paint cover all[metal/rubber]?

They also provide spray cans give them the color code! There are some model years of MB that use a flat color on the bumper
