Anyone done this comparison side by side by any chance? I've already read that the carbon wax is more labor intensive to apply and buff, but am curious on 1) how long they last with a good car wash like meguiars gold class inbetween and 2) actuall look and shine on a darker car. Mine is grey

Zymol will leave a beautiful shine but it doesn't last that long and is very hard to use. Meguiar's #26 is easier to use and leaves a nice shine and lasts for a good while (8-12 weeks). My favorite is Zaino (www.zainobros.com) which is very easy to put on and take off and leaves a spectacular shine. There is no residue in the crevices and on the rubber. If you use the spray afterward it will blind you with the reflection. I'm not sure how long it lasts since I apply it every 4 weeks because I find it so easy to use. I use the whole line except for the leather for which I use Leatherique. Another plus of Zaino is that you can apply it in direct sunlight without any trouble and leave it on all night if you wish, it will not hurt the paint!

Pinnacle is the best

It seems I've tried them all. Some leave a great shine, but the shine leaves before it's time. Some are so hard to get on and off that you don't want to wax as often as you should. I found Pinnacle wax to be the best wax I've ever used. Easy to apply and easy to remove and lasts much longer than Zymol and some others.
