Great place to get them.

From personal experience I would recommend www.ramsheadusa.com

I had a set on a 1991 Volvo 744 and a 1991 Mercedes 560SEC.

They are 2 piece custom fitted, so they WON'T slip around at all. You get to choose your color, ie, black, beige, blue, polar white, etc. and they look very spiffy, and really last a long time.

I was told they would last 6 years, but on the Mercedes I have had them for over ten and they still are going well. They were fine when on the Volvo when I donated that car away 3 years ago.

They are New Zealand sheepskin so they won't be cheap, but they are really really, carefully made, and I have seen the factory operation.

The owner, Andre Moeckel from Austria, had them on his 1980 Mercedes 300SD turbo and they look great. That car has them for the rear seats, and they look beautifully done. For me, having them on the front seats was enough

They really do keep you cool in summer and warm in the winter, just as advertised; and they preserve the leather underneath. The cheapy Costco or Walmart covers are just that - cheap, and not two piece fitted.

These would be fine on your sedan, and you also have the option when ordering them, to have the seatbacks covered on the front seats, or not edpending whether you would like the map pockets (or nets) covered or not.
They will make them to fit your wishes.

I'd recommend this place without reservation. They have been in business for a long time, and were there in a smaller facility when in 1997 I went there.

They even make custom sheepskin house slippers ( I got a couple), barstool covers, covers for motorcycle seats and airplanes, but those are subordinate
to the automobile sheepskin covers I think.

I got mine at Sheepskin.com. I have a 1984 500SEC. But you know, after they have been in the car for 5 months, it's not the look I want. There is nothing wrong with the leather. So I have decided to take them out. If you are interested and the color(Camel) is ok with you, what would you be willing to pay w/shipping? I paid $199.98 for the chairs plus another $99 for the custom armrest cover. Shipping was another $17.20 on top of that. I will not separate. See pics. If it's what you are looking for and you offer is suitable, then pm me and we can make arrangements. I have a PayPal account so if your shipping address is confirmed we could do that.

The morning sun cast shadows on the seats so I could send you more if you provide email. What ever works.

As for the quality of the covers, they are top notch.

I will tell you taking the seats out to put the covers on is quite a chore. They must weigh more than 100 pounds!! haha.
have a good day.. Dan

"...I will tell you taking the seats out to put the covers on is quite a chore..."

I didn't know the seats had to come out inorder to fit the seat covers!? I'm been driving my new/old SDL around with my knees up by my chin for the past month or so....working seats are due to arrive later this week, and I think I can get help replacing them this coming weekend....
So, my question is, with any quality brand of sheepskins do the seats have to be out of the car to get them on??? If so I need to get on this Monday morning
Thanks again,
John

I watched the ramshead shop owner put on the fitted Sheepskins on my Volvo and W126 coupe.

He knew what he was doing, but it was obvious that it was a very difficult job, even though it had been done many times before by him.

But finally they were fitted perfectly.

The seats did not have to be removed from either car
