How can I remove black scuff marks from the light grey door sill of a W202. I can't get them to come off. Thanks in advance.

Did you ever come up with a good method of cleaning the scuff marks. I have the same problem.

I have tried many cleaners and I couldn't really get them off until it hit me that a mild abrasive compound should do the job and it did My last car had a tan interior so you could see the scuff marks very clearly and the compound took it right off.! Any buffing compound would do a great job
