When I get the chance, between my 50 to 70 hour work weeks and in-progress home remodeling, I have two 300SD's that need work on the instrumentation among other things. Both will have to have the instrument panels pulled.

On the forum for my other car, a 1987 MR2, there was a thread on changing the color of the dashboard lights by using colored light bulbs or LED's.

In my opinion, blue lights were the best, red/orange wasn't bad, green was boring.

Has anyone tried this on a Mercedes? What were the results?
