To sheepskin or not to sheepskin?

I purchased a mint 98 C230 and the previous owner gave me a set of Ramshead Sheepskin seat covers.
They look virtually brand new!
I havent tried them yet but I am curious what the general thought is.
They are probably worth a few bucks and cant decide whether to keep them or sell them.

Comments and opinions appreciated

Wayne

My personal opinion is to sell them. I like the look and feel of the stock leather over the Sheepskin. It's all personal preference.

try em out before you sell. I like mine, more in the summer than winter. I've got mine off right now as the leather is nice and the skins are so thick they take up some space. As soon winter sets in I'll put 'em back on.

Definitely a personal preference so try them for yourself.

That's confusing: "I like mine, more in the summer than winter" and "As soon winter sets in I'll put 'em back on."

Which is it?

Loved mine. Kept them on year round. They were actually period correct as mine was a real old set from the late 70's early 80's that I was using in the 83 300D but they burned up with the car. Those and the Cocomats were the crowning touches in that car. I miss it.
