Value added by AMG body kit?

Does anybody here have any ideas about how much value might be added to a 560SEC by installing an AMG body kit?

adding value to a vehicle is very hard to do. adding a body kit of any kind isn't how to do it. the BEST way to add value is careful maintainance and don't drive the bag out of it.
ex: $1000 invested MAY add 2 or 300$ to a resale number, but a dealer of any competence will search the VIN and see what the car really is.

Okay, then. I guess you've talked me into it. If I don't see an extra dollar or two when I sell this car, I'm going to have words with YOU, PP!

Any thoughts on the added value I might expect to derive from some good bumper stickers?

Bag of money in the trunk is probably your best bet, really.

haha! I do suppose any AMG stuff..GENUINE AMG would add value.
Like a kid I knew who bought a $200 honda, put in $1500 worth of stereo and crap and figured he could then sell the car for $2000.

Oh, thanks for reminding me. I also have put in new speakers and a stereo. I'm figuring on getting a small fortune out of this baby!

Obviously, I have been watching HGTV way too much lately!

Best bet is to buy the AMG 126 parts, wrap them in silk cloths, and put them in your basement and then sell them in 10 years. You can still enjoy them in the meantime, just haul them out every now and then and let them sit on the couch with you and watch tv. Give each part a clever name. Maybe pour the parts a drink and offer them a bit of pate. Take them with you to therapy, you'll want them to be well-adjusted. The more you pamper them, the more valuable they will become.

LOL. This is true. Get some AMG replica body panels. Isn't there usually a set or two for sale??
