Does anyone know where i can get a decal symbol of the Mercedes star for the back window? thanks

Mercedes Benz club of America provides a static cling inside window decal to new members. http://www.mbca.org/

or, doing a search for 'mercedes window decal' on a search engine such as Google.com will show a lot of sites such as:
