New Seats for Old 190d ??? C-Class?

I'm thinking of upgrading seats in my '85 190d. What would be a bolt in swap ?

Should I be looking for C-Class ??? I'm thinking C might work front & rear ?

Would like to at least upgrade the fronts. No one sits in rear anywho.

Thanks for any Ideas.

Any W201 chassis should fit. What color interior are you looking for?

Hi, I do have many interiors for refurbushing several MB's, just let me know what you are looking for. I do have a C class W202 interior,if thats what you want. If not I might have an original W201

What I was wanted to do was install Newer C-class ( 202 ) ? seats in my '85 201. And was wondering if someone has done it before, and if so, is it a bolt in job.

The color is Tan '85 vintage.

I highly doubt it would be a bolt-in swap. There's a W202 C-Class at one of the junkyards, I'll look at the mounting points next time I swing through.

Thanks John,

I'll be interested in what you find. NICE job on your car by the way.

I sold me W124 yesterday...I'm a little sad, I really liked the road feel...compare to my w210. German vs Domestic.

The W202 seats are too wide, as are the W124.
