Oil or grease based stain on carpet

I have been cleaning the carpets in both cars. I used the Woolite Rug Stick carpet cleaning kit and have to say for $20 it really cleans the carpets well!

however, I have a couple oil or grease based stains that don't want to come out. I used the Woolite Oxy Deep Stain remover (spray it, let sit then use a towel to "lift" the stain out) several times on these spots. as a result they have lightened up, but are still noticeable. anyone have an idea of what might remove this type of stain from mercedes carpets?

BTW, here's the link for the rug stick info....

update, used the Woolite Oxy Deep Stain remover for the fifth time, rubbed it in with my hands and VOILA, the stain came out!

Orange oil products such as 'carpet cleaner' & 'stain remover' work well. For the stubborn marks that you experienced, use the concentrated oil, as found in hardware stores & even some supermarkets/dept stores. We have Bunnings Hardware here down under. I'm sure you guys have plenty of access.

Cheers,
Tim.

You don't know how lucky you all are - what a choice of products! We're all stuck with Meguiar's here... (***** moan moan *****)

Believe it or not I've used Gojo Hand Cleaner applied with a scrub brush followed by dish soap and warm water on a few tough grease stains on my floor mats. Came out looking brand new. Maybe not the best solution, but it does work well. I shampoo my floor mats every year with soap/water at a minimum, winter after winter they come out looking brand new. Gotta love the durability of Benz carpet fibers. ;)

'Got to rinse WELL and Vacuum the Remainder of the Pumice out of Carpet Fibers.
(I've successfully used This to ReMove Roofing Tar and stains from carpet)

They also make a Cream version without the pumice.
