Dull/Oxidized paint

I've seriously bought everything I can think of: clay bars, 4 different rubbing compounds, meguires compounds, turtle, mothers, black and decker buffers, waxes, polishes, etc. Is there a way to get rid of this oxidation build up, predominantly on my sun roof. Car is black so its noticeable. Am I using the products correctly? Assuming that I have everything, can someone please tell me the proper way to go about getting rid of the oxidation? Thanks

This stuff is awesome. I haven't used it myself but I have seen before and after and the result is impressive.
