Tan/Palomino w123 dashboard
SO a while back I saw a video of a w123 Maybach with a tan/palomino looking dashboard and thought it looked pretty coool. Anyway, I've been thinking about doing this and for a while thought the cheapest way would be to just re-cover it with some tan vinyl, but then today I found a can of tan aerosol vinyl spray and grabbed it. I plan on trying it out on the dash from my parts car first in case it doesn't work out.
Can anybody think of any reason it might not work?? I dig the super clean look of the tan dash and I don't really want to spend hundreds of dollars for one that's already that color if can avoid it. Here's a clip of the inspiration car mercedes 123 by maybach - YouTube

Hey,
BEFORE you spray, take a look at ParasolInc.com. You should contemplate dye vs. paint. You could buy a pint for your dash for about $65 or quart $99.00. Good stuff. I got some now for my interior, but mine is blue. I will be posting some pic's and info on STD shortly. |
