MB Tex and Simple Green

WOW!!

I haven't actually used any "cleaners" on my MB Tex since I bought the car 6 years ago. I was "cleaning" it using Meguiars Ultimate Protectant, but I thought the dirt was actually the MB Tex wearing from over 24 years of use...

Well I had the Simple Green in the car and figured what the heck....wowzers what a difference. I just put 10 years worth of life back into these seats. They look almost brand new again!

If you guys have never done it, do it!

Yep.

Just be sure to dress it with aero 303, vinylex, or your meg's afterwards.

I think the only item left now that would give any indication this is an 88 is the hood now! Other than that, I think I have almost every later model upgrade
I LOVE the new dash too. Makes me smile every time I get into the car now

Damn what a difference that cleaning made!

Gotta reglue that passenger door panel too...

Did you 'rinse' the Simple Green? I've found that that it kind of keeps on working if it's not rinsed somehow. I've ended up with streaks on things I've cleaned with it before, even though I had cut down the concentration. I LOVE SG!
