Leatherique Results Pics !!

Here are the pics of my results with the leatherique product. WARNING: This project is not for the lazy people, this took lots of work to get these results. Also, i did all the leather in my car! this process takes a few weeks of no Mercedes driving. taking everything apart and out is the only way to make this project look good. For best results "WORK YOUR A$$ OFF" And have fun!
Enjoy!

This is a before pic.

This pic was taken after wet sanding with 180 grit and then 320 grit sandpaper.

This pic was taken after the oil rejuvinator and pristine clean application. Then i applied the crack filler and sanded it also.

Here is the finished product! makes the rest of my interior look old.

So far i am happy with the results but ill give it a month or two of breakin before i give my final opinion. so far, so good.
Adam

Looks great! I've been there/done that on my 124 wagon. The dye holds up very well. It's been a bit over two years on my car and it still looks like new. Just this week I finally cleaned & treated the leather again - first time since I dyed the seats. The leatherique oil lasts so long the seats were still soft & supple after two years! I think you'll be very pleased.

The only downside I've experienced is in the cracked areas of the smooth leather. My passenger seat looked about like yours in the photo. The leather tends to fold at the cracks when the seat is used. The dye cannot flex that much, and hairline cracks appear in the dye, making darkish lines on the seat. It still looks much better than before, but not perfect. I think you've done a better job of using the crack filler than I, perhaps you will have better results.

Very nice job.
