New Idea for trim

We refinished our floors and have some scraps around. I was looking at them and the thought occurred it would make a nice material for smaller panels We went to Menards They had probably 20 samples which would make nice panels.

I put one in my VW to cover an open panel It is sort of marble but they have wood grains too.

Excellent idea!! I sometimes look at my wooden entertainment stand and think about cutting it up and making some panel trim for my 190E. I recently purchased covering of synthetic material to go over the Zebrano, I got Japanese Cherry Wood because I love the reddish color wood, and the car looks great!
