What color is my interior??

I've always assumed it was Palomino, but a couple people on here seem to think it is too dark to be Palomino... it could be Saffron, Saddle, or Camel? I need to know, because I am going to get a can of SEM color coat to recolor my front seats. Here are a couple pictures:

I'm going to restore mine as well with LeatheriQue but when I checked their charts it said "teal" and I think they look navy-ish.

Looks like Palomino to me.

And my guess is he's trying to avoid having his package photographed.

Not that there's anything wrong with keeping one's hands on one's valuables . . .

So my car is definitely Palomino, then?

That's good news, as I would assume that Palomino color coat would be much easier to find that saddle or saffron! O_O

I'd vote Palomino, too. That seems to be a very common color.

Doh! I forgot about that. That's right. The VIN will give you all that info.

I suppose my helpful advice was lost in the scrotum-holding inquisition?

Here's what I meant by the russian site, http://old.mbclub.ru/mb/vin/?lng=eng

Enter your vin, as The Don has more carefully explained.

When I ran my 88's VIN there it came up as Java and at MB Classic, it came up as Date. MB Classic told me those were called Palomino in the US. They used to use different names in different countries.

That Russian site says I have "leather saffron or java"(264)

What does that mean?
