Interior Trim Removal

As fall approach I am assessing how to remove some of the interrior trim off my 84 300D, one in particular are the piece across the top of the windshield where the interior light is mounted. The covering on it is loose, I would like to remove it and recover it. Has anyone removed any of the interior they can share how or where the clips are located so I don't damage anything. Thank you in advance.
