German upholstery cloth

Has anyone had any luck sourcing cloth from germany. I have contacted two companies but no avail. I will try again They seem to loose interest in me when I say Im from The USA.

West Trading Company out of the Netherlands. I had to wire the money, but it came out to half the price as the high end companies in Germany. I still have some left. Ill be doing the door skins in the future.

I thought these guys only supplied their materials to companies? I tried ordering materials from them before but they forwarded me to an upholsterer.

I did order it with a business name. My business has nothing to do with upholstery though. You can surely get it by just making up a name for yourself. You could be called Uncle Sam Upholstery as far as they care. You don't have to give your resale number or anything. Its in europe. My bill was around $320 with the customs fee from fed ex. Maybe since I bought 4 yards that made the difference. That covered the entire 280sl including the rear seat and door skins I have enough left to do another couple of seats. I will be saving that for repairs or possibly selling it later.

I was nervous about sending money to a foreign bank. It did work smoothly. The fabric was here in a few days via Fed Ex Express. The only way they ship.
The shipping and customs was as much as 2 meters of cloth, so I got extra to make it more worth it.

Bill do you know of a source for cloth upholstery 056 green
car color is 803 reed green

I see an 036 Olive green for w123 are you sure thats not the one you have. A bit of a belated reply but maybe you still check this.
