Name/term that M-B used to describe the surface pattern of my MB Tex
I'm looking for the name/term that M-B used to describe the surface pattern of the MB Tex that is original on the seats in my 1985 300CD-T.
At some point in the past, I came across this info. but it is now escaping me. I've attached a closeup picture of the material. I think that the best spot in the picture is at the very top and just a bit to the right of the seam: One can see the square/diamond embossings surrounded by what look like very small pin holes. Any clarifications on this would be helpful! Thank you- |

Depends on the year and model of the vehicle. On the W114/115's MB switched in '70, '73 and I believe '76, the final year. Haven't looked at mine in quite a while but I believe the build sheet lists it.
