restoring 108 horn pad....

So the pad is, as usual, shrunk and needing replacement. I know this can be done but I am having trouble finding instructions on how to do so.

Also, what is the correct color of leather for the white interior of an early 108?

The pad is still in good condition. But it is not in great condition.

Anyone have the directions to a site that shows how this is done?
