Porter Cable 7424 Buffer -- does it have a clutch?

Does this thing have a "clutch" like the cheaper sears brand type random orbital buffers? That is what I have now (sears) and if you DO need to apply some pressure to get a particular scratch, etc., out -- the clutch stops the thing from turning.

Does the 7424 stop, too? I want the thing to keep on turning so I can do what I need to do. Yes, I know that if done incorrectly, it could burn the paint.
