Cleaning up after interior clean
Hello
I just bought a 2004 S500. Prior to picking it up, it was 'cleaned' and the interior has some kind of cheap cleaner all over it. It's made the surfaces kind of glossy and greasy/squeaky to the touch. Does anyone have any suggestions of which product and method to use to clean the surfaces properly? I have leather cleaner and conditioner for the seats and leather trim, but I am not sure what to use on the dash, door handles and other none-leather trim pieces. Thanks in advance Oliver

Sorry they did that to you.
First wipe it all down with clean, dry microfiber cloths to get the oily, greasy sheen off. Interior products I use are Mother's VLR or Meg's Interior Detailer. Those both leave no extra sheen. For surfaces that I like a little dressing on, I use Aerospace 303 Protectant. |
