Where can one get the 3M Clear Vinyl tape?

Try a detail shop. Another idea is to stop by a quality body shop... If a custumer wants the protective film replaced after body work, the shop will often 'farm' that service out.

You could also call 3M @ 651-733-1110 (1-800?) and ask for Automotive Aftermarket Technical Service, they could refer you to a retail supplier...
