MB Tex Question Recovering Panels
So, the driver's B pillar in my w124 is starting to shed its MB Tex covering. I came here looking for info on repairing it and I've found lots of helpful threads.
But I have one question remaining: What's the absolute best spray adhesive to use when re-covering the pillar? I also got to thinking about the door panel (card inserts) on my MKIV VW Golf. Any who have owned one knows that these panels gave up their glue early in life leaving sagging/peeling upholstery. I'm game to re-covering those inserts this summer and I'm considering getting some MB Tex to do it with. Question: Who here has worked with MB Tex and can tell me how stretchy it is (for working around compound curves in a door panel)?

3M makes the best spray on adhesive. Read the instructions carefully. MB Tex has relatively good stretch characteristics.
