Looking for 1995 MB-Tex Gray SEM Color Coat Match

I'm looking for a SEM color coat that matches the MB-Tex 178 gray to repaint some of the yellowed out plastic parts like seat side panels.

I'm finding 2 options via searching

SEM 15393 Medium Gray mentioned here:

SEM 15163 Presidio mentioned here: http://www.peachparts.com/shopforum/detailing-interior/253964-anyone-know-how-remove-vinyl-dye-seats.html#post2935392

Can anyone chime in which SEM gray works best for MB-Tex 178 Gray from experience?

I bought 2 cans of SEM Color Coat, 15393 Medium Gray and 15763 Storm Gray.

15393 Medium Gray matches close enough to the MB Tex Gray color that no one will notice.

Attached picture shows the sprays on a piece of bare aluminum. Top is the lighter Storm Gray and the bottom is the darker Medium Gray. I'm holding a piece of MB Tex Gray plastic that has not been exposed to the sun.

Finishmasters can brew up any quantity of SEM paint from half pints to gallons of any MB color. They did me great justice on my gray 85 w126. They also have a good line of SEM rattle cans.

The trick to prepping these interior plastic parts is to sand them after washing them with ammonia/soap solution then rinsing them well. The vinyl only needs the ammonia bath and a good rinse.

Leather is a different animal. PM me for instructions.
