I just washed my 2002 ML 320 and have a few white dots that I can't seem to wash off. I looked closely down the line off the car and it seems smooth so I don't think they are any scratches. I tried to wash twice then use a quick detailer and still would not come off. I didn't want to scrub too hard. Any advice ....
