all of you that have debadged your car have you noticed people on the road especially ricers picking on you after removing the badge?

not really, but I've only been debadged for about 2 weeks.....besides, I usually don't give ricers a second look....I feel like the star on the trunk ought to be enough to make the point

Debadged for 6 months and no problems
Yet but they usually challenge me when I drive my Porsche more that the MB

Get a personalized plate that touts the apsects of your vehicle...that will create all sorts of unwanted attention!
My (then show queen) VW had plates that said "1HOTVW" when I lived in KC. People in ALL sorts of cars would drive normally until they spotted the plates, and then would rev their engines, or pass me furiously, even though they were unprovoked! I will say that the SL is NOT the car to be cruising with on Fridays, especially with the top down! I can't go to the local KFC without having teens in ricers and pickup trucks with lift kits going crazy around me, screeching tires, revving their engines, or mowing down vehicles in front of them just to get closer, then speed past to prove that they are equally fast! Who cares? I just want to get some CHICKEN!
