quiet interior

has anyone done anything to improve the noise reduction?
sound proof the door panels, double insulate the engine compartment, these kinds of things?

any info is welcome,

I too would like more quite. My ears are often ringning after I come home from my commute. When I get up the courage (and have the time). I will try putting more noise damping materail (dynamat super) into the doors. This should help. The more you have the more it damps.

Also might want to try quiter tires like Yokohama dBs. I have noisy tires (P6000s).

I'll let you know how it goes.
