MBTEX Touchup
I couldn't be happier with my 87 300D. It's an amazing, QUICK, agile car. But my question has to do with the interior. The car comes in that cream MBTEX, and the door frames are covered in the same sort of cream vinyl paint or applique. Is there a vinyl touch up paint for small scratches or gouges? The local MB dealer parts department sneered at my question.
Thanks, Peter4 |

John, thanks for the link...but that thread raised another question.
I've got leather seats but was wondering, are the side panels still MB-Tex, or are they also leather? FWIW, they're in much better shape than the seats Can I use a vinyl cleaner to clean them up, or what? Thanks!
