I ordered what was supposed to be a ML chrome grill upgrade kit.
It came in bad and scratched condition and they refused to take it back. Beware, here is their response: This kit is 100% brand new and has excellent quality, we never have any problem with them. I even already inspected them before shipping them out, so i am sure they are good. "This is a kit as stated. Unfortunately, this product sales is final. Absolutely NO Refunds on ... styling parts, wheels/tires, electrical, high performance parts, or parts which have been installed. " I also got your electronic initial that you have read all of our terms and conditions. Our shipping dept. will automatically reject all return without rma authorization. This is as far as i can help per our guideline. You have a great day Kevin GAS Can you believe it? What kind of company has this kind of customer service? |

Did you pay with a credit card, if so call them.
Also call the shipping company and tell them your stuff arrived damaged. |

I agree with getting the credit card company on your side if you paid by plastic. You paid for new merchandise in marketable condition and they failed to abide by contract if they delivered defective or damaged merchandise.
I paid a visit to their website and after reading their FAQ, I wouldn't order anything from them ever. Their return policy and non-refundable items are incredibly bad! |
