License plate screws?
Did a search and didn't find anything...... I think I almost stripped one of the license plate holes in my '85 300D-T. Had to get needle-nose pliers in there to hold the rivet and it wasn't easy getting the damn screw out. Before I go rigging something up, does anyone know the real size of the screws that are supposed to be used? Thanks.

Hmmm... I went to the local dealer parts dept. and the parts guy gave me 8 screws for free. I forget the size off hand. Can't you remove one and go to a hardware store if there is no dealer closeby?

There was no screws on there already. Last night I tried a few metric sizes and found it. The metric size is a M5 with a .8 pitch sized screw, which is a common pitch for metric.
