Acidic Bird Droppings

I've got a black 1994 C280. The factory oringinal paint was in great shape when I purchased it in December. Over the Winter I used Meguiar's 3-Step...1 Paint Cleaner Swirl Remover, 2 Paint Polish, 3 Carnuba Wax. This Spring every time there is a bird dropping, I use Meguiar's Quick Detailer or water to get it off but there is an etched stain left. No dropping has been left on for more than 8 hours. The droppings are random from different locations so I know it's not from birds eating the same acidic berries. No rubbing and polishing compound will take out the stains. The stains are so deep I may have to get the car painted.
Could the problem be droppings combined with the Meguiars create acidic breakdown? I have used Meguiars for years and never seen this before.
PLEASE HELP!

You may want to talk to a good bodyshop about this as well.
Maybe a light wet sanding with 2000 grit paper? I really don't know, sorry
