I can be a DIY job. Especially the right door map pocket. The other is a little trickier.
For the map pocket: get some 3M super trim adhesive. Carefully apply a bead of adhesive on the underside of the vinyl, not too much so it doesn't ooze out. Press the vinyl over the lip and smooth it out. Then, take a piece of cling wrap and lay it over the vinyl. Apply clothes pins over the lip to hold the vinyl in place until it dries, I'd give it at least 24 hours. BTW, the cling wrap is so the clothes pins don't stick to the vinyl. For the left door, you can do this, but how good it looks depends on your ability to mix the right color and how picky you are. If you want it to be perfect, get a pro to do it. If you would be happy with it looking pretty good, try this: Go to Pep Boys and buy a leather/vinyl repair kit. I'd suggest getting the one that has the little heat iron with it. Just follow the instructions. The kit costs about $10 and does a pretty good job depending on your ability to mix the right shade. To have a pro vinyl guy do it would probably run $30-$50, but it'll be perfect.
