mercedes tex...

1990 mercedes with cream beige interior... mb tex

i use heated seats with air cond on for sore back..

now the seat back is picking up my work shirt color dark blue

along the bottom of the seat back and bolsters...

i have tried everything short of acetone to get the blue out...

goof off, paint thinner... all small amounts,,,


is their a dye or shoe polish type application to re-dye mb tex?

Don't laugh, but I had a 73 Bonneville with white vinyl interior.....My mother wore a red winter coat one day and it bled on the seat. The only thing I found that would remove it was dye wash. My mother worked for International Paper and she brought home some dye wash that they used to clean the presses with. It was the only thing that would remove it. It didn't hurt the vinyl.
