W210 Leather?
I've been using Leatherique for 2 years on my '98 E320 and I think it's great. I just finished treating it again and I started wondering what was actually leather in this car.
Are the entire seats leather, or just the perforated panels? What about the vertical supporting areas below the seat area? Are the leather like inserts in the doors leather? What about the map/document pouches at the back of both seats? My guess is everything I just mentioned is leather. Just want to make sure. Thanks.

If I recall correctly, only the seating surfaces (cushion and backrest) are leather. However there was a full leather option. The best way to check is to feel the inside of the seatback pocket. If you feel suede, then you have full leather. If you feel fabric, then just the seating surfaces are leather.

I checked the inside of my seatback pockets, and there's no liner at all. It's the same piece of leather on both sides. So should I assume I have full leather interior? The car was not ordered with any special leather options.
Anyone else on what really is leather in the E320's interior? What about the center console armrest? Thanks.

There was not a full leather option on an E320 in 1998; leather was standard in the US. The seats are all leather unless you have orthopedic seats and then the area at the front of the seats is an elastic material. The armrest is also leather as are the door inserts.
