Has anyone had any experience trying to paint a vinyl dash...I have figured out how to repair cracks in the dash and now I need to know about painting a dash...Thanks Jim

We painted the vinyl dash on my sons Mustang.
Go to a paint jobber and ask for a vinyl prep so you can paint it.
I used SEM #39863 Flexible Bonding Clear.
I got it at English Color here in the DFW area.
Follow the directions on the can and then spray it with the paint of your choice. Talk to the paint jobber about which paint to use.
It will come out fine. We painted the dash 3 years ago and have had no problems.
Which paint to use may be the biggest headache you have. Not to glossy, not to dull.
