Smearing Windsheild
For some reason when the summer came the contents in the windhsheild bottle when sprayed would smear on the windshield window when wiped with wipers then would dry to a clear. I drained out the contents and filled with fresh windsheild washer and still the same thing.
It is like its a strong chemical and it doesnt let the water bead properly. Sure...I can use rainX but thats just covering up the problem. The wipers are fine also. I also cleaned the window with alchohol and that didnt help. Any Suggestions?

I wonder if you are getting a leak of antifreeze from the heating tube assembly in the washer bottle. That's the first thing I would check.
